The LevelOne KVM-3216 is a 16-port combo KVM switch in a 19" 1U rackmount chassis that lets one VGA monitor, keyboard and mouse control up to 16 servers or PCs with PS/2 or USB connections. It supports VGA resolutions up to 2048 x 1536 and is aimed at server rooms and data-centre racks.
A dedicated controller per port keeps every keyboard and mouse alive, Active Sync Replication handles DDC emulation, and units can be daisy-chained (up to 16 switches, 256 PCs, about 30 m total chain length).
Compatibility note: KVM cables are not included. Each computer needs a LevelOne KVM cable: ACC-3201 (1.8 m), ACC-3202 (3.0 m), ACC-3203 (5.0 m) or ACC-3204 (7.5 m). Video is analogue VGA only; HDMI or DisplayPort servers need adapters or a different switch.
