The Lexmark 20L8817 Paper Transport Unit carries pages from the printer to Lexmark's 1,250-Sheet Staple Hole Punch Finisher or 2,250-Sheet Booklet Staple Hole Punch Finisher on A3 devices such as the CX950se, CX961se, CS963e and MX953se.
It is a required link between the printer and those finishers, not a finisher in its own right.
Before you order: Lexmark states it cannot be used with the 500-Sheet Staple Finisher, the Folding Paper Transport or the Offset Stacker. Order it together with one of the two finishers above.

- Attaches to the output bin on top of the printer and passes sheets to the finisher.
- Can also act as an extra output tray of up to 250 sheets (no bin-full sensing).

- Stapling, punching or booklet making on its own — you need the 1,250-sheet or 2,250-sheet finisher.
