LogiLink LPS207 8-Way Power Strip with Surge Protection — 3m, White/Black
8 × Schuko at 45°Surge protectionIlluminated switch3 m cable
The LogiLink LPS207 is an 8-way Schuko power strip with surge protection and an illuminated on/off switch, designed for desks and AV or IT corners where many devices — PC, monitors, router, printer, speakers — share a single wall outlet.
The eight sockets are arranged at 45° with raised touch protection, the housing is flame-retardant plastic in white and black with a built-in cable organiser, and the strip connects with a 3 m H05VV-F 3G 1.5 mm² cable and angled Schuko plug. It is rated 230 V / 16 A, 3,500 W, and IP20 for indoor use.
Before you order: Cyprus wall sockets are BS 1363 (Type G). This lead ends in a Schuko plug, so it needs a Schuko wall socket or a Schuko-to-UK adapter; a fused UK adapter (normally 13 A) limits the whole strip to roughly 3,000 W, below its 3,500 W rating.
What's in the Box
- 1 × LogiLink LPS207 8-way power strip with fixed 3 m H05VV-F 3G1.5 cable and angled Schuko plug.
What It Means in Practice
- Eight sockets at 45° handle a full desk or TV setup with angled plugs and adapter blocks side by side.
- Surge protection helps protect electronics from mains spikes; it does not keep anything running during a power cut.
- One illuminated switch turns all eight sockets off together.
- The cable organiser keeps excess cable tidy along the strip.
What Will Not Work
- UK three-pin (Type G) plugs do not fit these Schuko sockets — each UK-plug device needs its own UK-to-Schuko adapter.
- Plugging the lead straight into a Cyprus BS 1363 wall socket — the Schuko plug needs a Schuko wall socket or a Schuko-to-UK adapter.
- Running several heaters, kettles, irons or other high-wattage appliances at once — their combined draw can exceed the 3,500 W limit and trip the wall circuit.
- Daisy-chaining it into another extension lead — the first lead and the wall outlet still limit the total load.
- Keeping a PC or NAS running in a power cut — that needs a UPS.
- Switching individual sockets — one switch controls all eight.

Frequently Asked Questions
Will it plug into a normal wall socket in Cyprus?
Not directly. Cyprus uses BS 1363 (Type G) sockets and this lead has a Schuko plug. Use a Schuko-to-UK adapter or a Schuko wall socket; with a 13 A fused adapter, keep the total load to about 3,000 W.
How strong is the surge protection?
LogiLink states surge protection but does not publish a rating. For servers or NAS units, a UPS gives both surge and outage protection.
Can I switch sockets individually?
No. One illuminated switch controls all eight sockets.
Is 3,500 W per socket?
No. 3,500 W is the total for the whole strip.
