The LogiLink LPS250 is a six-way Schuko power strip in white with an illuminated switch for every socket plus a master switch, overvoltage and child protection, and a 1.5 m H05VV-F 3G1.5 cable, for desks and media corners where each device should be switched on and off on its own.

Seven illuminated switches mean you can leave the router running while the printer, speakers and monitor are switched off, cutting standby draw without pulling plugs. The sockets sit at 45° so angled plugs fit, and the housing is polycarbonate.

• Switch off the printer, speakers or a lamp individually and keep the router or NAS on.
• Each switch lights up when its socket is live, so you can see at a glance what is on.
• The master switch powers everything down in one move at the end of the day.
• Overvoltage protection adds a basic layer against spikes; LogiLink does not publish a rating for it.
• Through a fused UK adapter the usable load drops to that fuse, normally 13 A (about 3,000 W at 230 V), whatever the strip itself is rated for.

• Plugging straight into a Cyprus UK-type (BS 1363) wall socket: the Schuko plug needs an adapter or a Schuko outlet.
• UK three-pin (BS 1363) plugs in the outlets: they take Schuko (CEE 7/4) and two-pin Euro plugs (CEE 7/16) only.
• Outdoor, bathroom or damp-room use: the housing is IP20, for dry indoor rooms only.
• Battery backup during a power cut: use a UPS for equipment that must stay up.
• Plugging one power strip into another to add more outlets: the total load still runs through one plug and one cable.
