Logitech Base Bundle (Tap IP + RoomMate)
Tap IP + RoomMatePC-Free Rooms10.1″ Touch, PoEZoom & Teams Certified
The Logitech Base Bundle pairs the Tap IP touch controller with the RoomMate compute appliance to form the control-and-compute core of a modern meeting room — add your own compatible Logitech camera and you have a complete, certified conferencing system with no room PC. It carries part number 991-000400 (EAN 5099206102101). RoomMate runs Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and other services on Logitech CollabOS, while Tap IP provides a responsive 10.1-inch touchscreen for one-touch join, powered over a single Ethernet (PoE) cable. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Important — Camera Sold Separately
This bundle includes only the Tap IP controller and RoomMate compute appliance — it does not include a camera. Pair it with a compatible Logitech conferencing camera such as MeetUp, Rally, Rally Bar or Rally Bar Mini to complete the room. Tap IP is powered over PoE (a PoE switch or injector is required). RoomMate hosts the meeting software directly, so no separate room PC is needed.
Key Features
PC-Free Room Compute (RoomMate)
RoomMate is a purpose-built appliance that runs Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and other platforms on Logitech CollabOS — no room PC to buy, secure or maintain, and it mounts neatly under a table or on a wall.
Intuitive Tap IP Touch Control
A responsive 10.1-inch touchscreen makes joining and managing meetings effortless, with one-touch join, clear controls and a built-in motion sensor to wake the room as people arrive.
Single-Cable PoE Simplicity
Tap IP connects and powers over a single Ethernet cable (PoE), cutting cable clutter and making installation cleaner and more reliable across your rooms.
Certified & Camera-Ready
Zoom Certified and Certified for Microsoft Teams, the bundle is designed to pair with Logitech cameras like MeetUp and the Rally family for a fully certified, scalable room solution.

Singular Expert Insight
The Base Bundle is the smart way to standardise meeting rooms: RoomMate removes the room PC while Tap IP gives users a simple, familiar touch experience. Because it works with a range of Logitech cameras, you can match the camera to each room size. Remember to budget for a compatible camera and PoE for Tap IP; with those in place, this bundle scales cleanly across many rooms.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
You want a PC-free Zoom Rooms or Teams Rooms base (compute + touch control) to pair with a Logitech camera of your choice.
Skip it if
