The Logitech 952-000072 is the 2.97-metre graphite Cat5e SF/UTP cable supplied with the Logitech Cat5e Kit, sold here on its own as a replacement or spare. Part number 952-000072 (manufacturer code WW-9004) is the short of the two cables in that kit — the run between the Tap touch controller and the Tap receiver at the table — and it terminates in standard RJ45 male plugs at both ends, so it will also serve as an ordinary shielded Cat5e patch lead. Logitech specifies the Cat5e Kit for cable of Cat5e SF/UTP AWG 26 or heavier, which is what this cable is. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

It does not: this is the spare part number for the short cable, and ordering it costs a fraction of a replacement kit.
