Logitech ERGO K860 — Wireless Split Ergonomic Keyboard, US International, Graphite
Split curved keyframePillowed wrist restAdjustable palm liftUSB receiver + Bluetooth
The Logitech ERGO K860 (920-010108) is a full-size wireless keyboard shaped for posture: a curved, split keyframe angles each half toward your hands so wrists stay straight, a sloping profile keeps forearms relaxed, and a pillowed wrist rest with three layers — knitted fabric, memory foam and a supportive core — sits under the palms. Logitech quotes 54% more wrist support and 25% less wrist bending than a conventional keyboard, and adds an adjustable palm lift for standing desks. It connects through the included USB receiver or Bluetooth Low Energy, switches between three devices with Easy-Switch keys, and runs on two AAA cells. This part number is the US International layout in graphite. In the box: keyboard, USB receiver, 2×AAA batteries (pre-installed) and documentation.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Layout: US International QWERTY is the layout most people in Cyprus type on: wide Enter key, @ above 2. If your current keyboard is UK layout, the Enter key changes shape and a few symbols move, but letters and numbers are identical. The split keyframe keeps the standard key positions, so touch typists adapt within days; hunt-and-peck typists take longer because B, G and T sit on the left half and Y, H and N on the right. The receiver needs a USB-A port on Windows 10+, macOS 10.15+, ChromeOS or Linux; Bluetooth LE adds iPadOS 14+. Logi Options+ (Windows, macOS) enables the programmable keys and Flow. The K860 is not backlit and not rechargeable. At 456 mm wide it needs a deeper desk than a standard keyboard.

✓ Offices buying ergonomic equipment on occupational-health advice
Key Features
Curved, split keyframe
The two halves are angled and the middle rises, so hands sit at a natural width and the forearms rotate less. Full-size with numeric keypad and dual Windows/Mac legends.
Pillowed wrist rest, three layers
0.5 mm knitted fabric over memory foam and a supportive core: Logitech measures 54% more wrist support and 25% less wrist bending. The fabric is stain-resistant and wipeable.
Adjustable palm lift
Flip-out feet under the wrist rest change the angle for sitting or standing so the wrists stay neutral either way.
Two connections, three devices
USB receiver or Bluetooth Low Energy, Easy-Switch keys for up to three devices, and Logi Options+ Flow to move between two computers. Two AAA cells last up to 24 months by Logitech’s rating.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long does it take to get used to a split keyboard?
Touch typists usually settle in within a few days because key positions are unchanged; the main adjustment is that B and Y are on opposite halves. Two-finger typists take longer.
Is the wrist rest removable or washable?
It is integrated. The knitted fabric is stain-resistant and can be wiped; it is not machine-washable.
Does it work with a Mac?
Yes — keys carry both Windows and Mac legends, and Logi Options+ runs on macOS 10.15 or later.
Which layout is this?
This part number is US International. Other layouts are separate part numbers — tell us what you type on and we will confirm.
Singular Expert Insight
The ERGO K860 is the ergonomic keyboard we recommend first because it keeps a conventional layout while fixing wrist angle; pair it with a Logitech Lift or MX Vertical mouse for the full effect. See our
keyboards and
wireless mice, and ask us if you need a different layout or a wave-style board with a numpad on the side.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You type for hours, want straighter wrists and a padded rest without a separate accessory, and need a full-size wireless keyboard that works on receiver or Bluetooth, in US International layout.
Skip it if
You want backlighting or USB charging, a compact keyboard, a desk shallower than 233 mm, or a different layout.
Also consider
Logitech Lift or MX Vertical ergonomic mice to pair with it, or the MX Keys S if you prefer a flat full-size keyboard.
