Logitech M325s Wireless Mouse
2.4 GHz nano receiverMicro-precision tilt wheelCompact, ambidextrous18 months on 1× AA
The Logitech M325s (910-006812) is the updated version of Logitech’s best-selling compact mouse: a small, ambidextrous shape with a micro-precision scroll wheel that tilts for horizontal scrolling, five buttons, 1000 DPI optical tracking and a 2.4 GHz nano receiver. Logitech rates it at 18 months on the single AA battery in the box, with an on/off switch and auto-sleep, and Logi Options+ handles button assignment on Windows and macOS.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The M325s ships with a non-Unifying nano receiver — it cannot be paired to a Unifying or Logi Bolt dongle, unlike the older M325. No Bluetooth; the receiver is USB-A, so USB-C-only laptops need an adapter. Fixed 1000 DPI. Logitech does not publish a per-part colour on its site for this part number and its warranty article is generic — ask us if the exact finish matters. Compact size suits small to medium hands.

Singular Expert Insight
The M325s is the compact staple of our wireless mice: cheap, ambidextrous and 18 months on an AA, with the tilt wheel that most budget mice lack. Its non-Unifying receiver is the one thing to know before buying for a fleet with shared dongles; the M705 and M720 keep Unifying, the M650 moves to Bolt. A docking stations supplies the USB-A port on a USB-C laptop.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want a small, inexpensive ambidextrous mouse with a tilt wheel and 18 months on one AA, for a PC with a USB-A port.
Skip it if
You need Bluetooth, a Unifying or Bolt receiver, adjustable DPI or a palm-grip size.
Also consider
Logitech Signature M650 (Logi Bolt + Bluetooth, silent) or Dell MS3320W (receiver + Bluetooth, 36 months).
