Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 SE — Wireless Gaming Mouse, Red
HERO 2: 44,000 DPI, 888+ IPS1 kHz LIGHTSPEED (8 kHz receiver optional)60 g symmetricalUp to 88 h, USB-C
The Logitech G PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 SE is the Special Edition of the symmetrical esports flagship: the same 125 x 63.5 x 40 mm body, the same 60 g, the same HERO 2 sensor up to 44,000 DPI and over 888 IPS, and the same LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches — but sold in red with a LIGHTSPEED receiver that reports at 1000 Hz, and Logitech publishes up to 88 hours per charge. The 8 kHz PRO LIGHTSPEED receiver is available separately and the mouse itself supports 8 kHz once it is fitted. Part number 910-007551, EAN 5099206129948. If you never planned to run 8 kHz, the SE is the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 for less; tell us how you play and we will confirm whether the SE or the standard 2 makes sense.
Compatibility — check before buying:
LIGHTSPEED wireless only — no Bluetooth, so it needs a USB-A port for the receiver. The receiver in the SE box runs at 1000 Hz; for 8 kHz you need the PRO LIGHTSPEED receiver, sold separately. The box is also simpler than the standard SUPERLIGHT 2: mouse, USB-A to USB-C cable and manual — no extension adapter and no grip tape. The shape is symmetrical but the side buttons are on the left, so it suits right-handed use. Logitech’s support spec page for the SE still shows older figures (32,000 DPI, 95 h); the current product page states 44,000 DPI and 88 h, which is what we publish.
Best For
✓ The classic pro symmetrical shape
✓ Medium and large hands, palm or claw
✓ Competitive FPS at 8 kHz
✓ Players who want the same mouse the pros use
✓ Long sessions — 95 h per charge
✓ POWERPLAY desks
Key Features
HERO 2 and 8 kHz LIGHTSPEED
The HERO 2 sensor covers 100 to 44,000 DPI at over 888 IPS and 88 G, and the mouse reports at up to 8000 Hz wirelessly through the included LIGHTSPEED receiver. Settings and DPI stages live in G HUB and onboard memory.
LIGHTFORCE hybrid switches
Optical actuation for speed with a mechanical feel for feedback. Logitech rates the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 switches for 70 million clicks.
SE: same mouse, simpler box
Red shell, 1000 Hz receiver and a bare box are what make it Special Edition. The electronics are the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2, and the 8 kHz PRO LIGHTSPEED receiver can be added later.

Frequently Asked Questions
What is the difference between the SUPERLIGHT 2 SE and the SUPERLIGHT 2?
Same shape, weight, sensor and switches. The SE ships red with a 1000 Hz receiver, 88 h battery and a bare box; the standard 2 ships with the 8 kHz receiver, 95 h and the extension adapter and grip tape.
Can the SE run at 8000 Hz?
Yes, once you add the PRO LIGHTSPEED receiver, sold separately. Out of the box it is 1000 Hz.
Can I use it over Bluetooth?
No. LIGHTSPEED only.
Is it good for large hands?
It is the full-size symmetrical PRO X shape, fine for medium to large hands in palm or claw; smaller hands should look at the 2c.
Singular Expert Insight
The SE is the way to get the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 for less if 1000 Hz is all you will use — and most players will not notice the difference. Buy the standard 2 if you want 8 kHz from day one and the fuller box. Compare it with the other wireless mice we stock and tell us your grip.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You want the PRO X SUPERLIGHT 2 shape, sensor and switches at a lower price, in red, and 1000 Hz is enough for now.
Skip it if
You want 8 kHz, the extension adapter and grip tape in the box, or the 95 h battery figure of the standard 2.
