The Logitech Rugged Combo 3 for Education (920-009657) is the classroom keyboard case for the 10.2-inch iPad 7th, 8th and 9th generation: a sealed, pry-resistant keyboard powered through the Smart Connector with no battery or Bluetooth, in a case Logitech states exceeds MIL-STD-810G drop test standards, with a kickstand from 20° to 40°. This part number is the French layout in Classic Blue, supplied through Logitech’s education channel for schools, with a 3-year limited hardware warranty. In the box: the keyboard case and documentation.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Fits only the iPad 7th, 8th and 9th generation (Apple models A2197/A2198/A2200, A2270/A2428/A2429/A2430, A2602/A2603/A2604/A2605). It does not fit the iPad 10th generation or iPad A16 (Rugged Combo 4 family), nor any iPad Air, mini or Pro. This is the Rugged Combo 3 without trackpad; the Rugged Combo 3 Touch (920-010366, Pan Nordic) has one. Not backlit. Layout: French AZERTY swaps A/Q and Z/W, moves M next to L, puts accented letters on the number row (digits need Shift) and relocates most symbols. Choose it only if you type in French; for English use in Cyprus ask us for the US or UK version of the same model.
