Singular Expert Insight
Buy this only if you already own a Logitech ConferenceCam Connect and need to replace a lost or broken remote. If you are looking to upgrade to a new Logitech video conferencing system altogether, consider the MeetUp 2, Rally Bar Mini, or BRIO 500/700 — these are Logitech's current-generation devices and come with their own dedicated remotes or app-based control.
Buyer's Guide
Buy it if
You own a Logitech ConferenceCam Connect and your original remote is lost, broken, or unreliable — this is the genuine OEM spare.
Skip it if
You own a different Logitech device (MeetUp, Rally, BCC950, GROUP) — those use incompatible remotes and this one will not work.
Also consider
If your ConferenceCam Connect itself is at end of life, consider upgrading to Logitech MeetUp 2 or Rally Bar Mini for current-generation video conferencing.
