Logitech Rally Bar + Tap IP Room Kit (Graphite)
Rally Bar + Tap IP4K PTZ, 15x ZoomPC-Free RoomsZoom & Teams Certified
This Logitech room kit pairs the all-in-one Rally Bar with the Tap IP touch controller to deliver a complete, PC-free video conferencing solution for medium meeting rooms. It carries part number 991-000422 (EAN 5099206102217). The Rally Bar provides a 4K PTZ camera with 15x zoom, beamforming microphones and dual speakers, and runs Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and other platforms on Logitech CollabOS — no room PC needed — while Tap IP gives users a simple 10.1-inch touchscreen for one-touch join, powered over a single PoE cable. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
What You Get & Compatibility
This is a complete room kit: the Rally Bar includes the camera, microphones, speakers and on-device compute, and Tap IP adds the touch controller — no separate room PC required. Tap IP is powered over PoE (a PoE switch or injector is needed). Certified for Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms, RingCentral and Tencent Meeting, and designed for medium rooms. For small/huddle rooms, pair Tap IP with a Rally Bar Mini instead.
Key Features
All-in-One Rally Bar
The Rally Bar combines a 4K PTZ camera (15x zoom, RightSight auto-framing), six beamforming microphones and dual speakers in one device, delivering premium video and audio for medium rooms.
PC-Free with CollabOS
In Appliance Mode the Rally Bar hosts Zoom Rooms, Microsoft Teams Rooms and other platforms directly on-device via CollabOS — no room PC to buy, secure or maintain.
Intuitive Tap IP Touch Control
A responsive 10.1-inch touchscreen makes joining and running meetings effortless, with one-touch join and a built-in motion sensor to wake the room as people arrive.
Single-Cable PoE & Broad Certification
Tap IP connects and powers over a single Ethernet (PoE) cable for a clean install, and the kit is certified for Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms, RingCentral and Tencent Meeting.

Singular Expert Insight
This kit is the easiest way to fit out a medium room end-to-end: the Rally Bar handles camera, audio and compute, and Tap IP gives users a familiar touch experience — all PC-free and certified across the major platforms. Remember Tap IP needs PoE. For small rooms, choose a Rally Bar Mini + Tap IP kit; for medium rooms wanting a complete, tidy, certified setup in one box, this Rally Bar + Tap IP kit is an excellent choice.
