Logitech K270 — Wireless Keyboard, Spanish, Black
Unifying receiver8 hot keysSpill proof24-month battery
The Logitech K270 (920-003746) is the keyboard half of the set that ends up on more desks than almost any other, sold on its own for the very common case where you already have a mouse you like. It is full size with a numeric pad, adds eight hot keys for the internet, email and music, and has a spill-proof design. What makes it worth choosing over a generic wireless board is the Logitech Unifying receiver: one small dongle that can also carry other Unifying devices, and can be replaced and re-paired if it is ever lost. Range is about 10 m, and two AAA batteries last up to 24 months. It measures 441 × 149 × 18 mm and weighs 487 g with the batteries in. In the box: keyboard, Unifying receiver, batteries and documentation.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Layout: Spanish QWERTY keeps the QWERTY letters but adds Ñ next to L, uses dead keys for accents and moves most symbols away from where a US or UK keyboard has them. Choose it only if you type in Spanish; for English use in Cyprus ask us for the US or UK version of the same model. The link is 2.4 GHz through the supplied Logitech Unifying receiver, which needs a free USB-A port — a USB-C-only laptop needs an adapter or a dock. Because it is Unifying, a replacement receiver can be bought and paired, and one receiver can carry a Unifying mouse as well, which frees a port. There is no Bluetooth, so it will not pair with a tablet or a phone, and it will not work in the BIOS before the operating system loads. There is no backlight and no palm rest. Logitech calls the design spill-proof but does not publish a liquid-volume rating for it, and does not publish a key count. The operating-system list on Logitech’s support article is old; the keyboard follows standard HID and works on current Windows, with the keys labelled for Windows.

Key Features
A receiver you can replace
Unifying means a lost dongle is a small purchase rather than a dead keyboard — and it can carry a Unifying mouse at the same time.
Eight hot keys
Internet, email and music controls on dedicated keys rather than behind an Fn combination.
Spill proof
Logitech builds this one to survive the drink that eventually goes over — the usual end of an office keyboard.
Two years on two AAA cells

Frequently Asked Questions
Can one receiver run my mouse too?
Yes, if the mouse is a Logitech Unifying device. That is the main practical advantage of this keyboard over a generic wireless one.
Can I pair it with a tablet?
No. There is no Bluetooth — it works only through the Unifying receiver in a USB-A port.
How spill-proof is it?
Logitech calls the design spill-proof but does not publish a liquid-volume rating for the K270 specifically. Treat it as protection against an accident, not a washable keyboard.
Which layout is this part number?
This one is Spanish. Logitech publishes the K270 in UK, English International, German, French, Spanish, Swiss, Belgian and Nordic layouts under separate part numbers.
Singular Expert Insight
Buy the K270 when the keyboard has died and the mouse has not — and check whether that mouse is Unifying, because then one dongle covers both. See the rest of our
keyboards or pick a matching mouse from our
