PLANET IGS-10020HPT — Industrial 8-Port Gigabit PoE+ Managed Switch
8× Gigabit PoE+2× SFP UplinkIP30 · -40~75°CERPS Ring · Dual DC
The PLANET IGS-10020HPT is an industrial Layer 2+ managed Gigabit PoE+ switch with 8 PoE+ copper ports and 2 SFP fibre uplinks, hardened for harsh environments. It runs fanless in an IP30 metal case across a -40 to 75°C range, with dual redundant DC power, an alarm relay and G.8032 ERPS ring protection. This is model IGS-10020HPT, a 10-port DIN-rail switch. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility — check before buying:
PoE is IEEE 802.3af/at (PoE+) up to 30W per port — not 802.3bt / PoE++ — sharing a 270W-class budget that depends on the DC input voltage, so size your power supply accordingly. It is powered by industrial DC (dual redundant input), not a standard AC cord. IP30 protects against dust and contact for indoor cabinets — it is not a weatherproof outdoor enclosure.
Best For
✓Industrial IP surveillance (PTZ / IR)
✓Factory-floor networks
✓Traffic & roadside cabinets
✓Utility & transportation sites
✓Harsh-environment ring backbones
✓DIN-rail cabinet installs
Key Features
Hardened Fanless IP30 Design
A rugged fanless IP30 metal case operates from -40 to 75°C with DIN-rail and wall mounting, built to survive dust, vibration and temperature extremes.
8× Gigabit PoE+ Ports
Eight gigabit ports deliver 802.3af/at PoE+ up to 30W each within a 270W-class budget, driving PTZ cameras, IR illuminators and access points in the field.
Redundant Power & Alarm
Dual redundant DC power inputs with reverse-polarity protection and an alarm relay flag power or port failures — key for unattended cabinets.
L2+ Managed with ERPS Ring
G.8032 ERPS self-healing ring plus STP/RSTP/MSTP, VLANs, QoS, IGMP snooping, LACP, ACLs and SNMP give resilient, managed industrial networking.

Singular Expert Insight
The IGS-10020HPT is built for field and factory sites that need managed PoE with ring redundancy in a fanless, wide-temperature package. For weatherproof outdoor mounting choose an IP55/IP65 enclosure switch; for pure office use a standard managed switch is cheaper. Browse our network switches range, or the IP cameras it powers in the field.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need managed PoE for cameras or APs in a harsh, unattended location — fanless -40~75°C IP30, dual redundant DC power, alarm relay and ERPS ring resilience.
Skip it if
You need a weatherproof outdoor enclosure (choose an IP55/IP65 model), 802.3bt / PoE++, or a simple office switch — an indoor managed or unmanaged switch is cheaper.
Also consider
An IP55/IP65 outdoor enclosure switch for exposed mounting, or a standard rack PoE switch for indoor office use.
