The Manhattan 207959 is a 1080p HDMI over IP extender splitter kit (transmitter + receiver) that carries Full HD HDMI over Cat5e/Cat6 through a TCP/IP network switch — up to 120 m with Cat6 — for screens that must be reached through existing network cabling.
It fits offices, shops and hospitality spaces where the source and the display are connected to the same switch rather than by a dedicated cable. An IR blaster and IR receiver let you operate the source remote from the screen side.
Before you order: Designed for use through a network switch. Manhattan states it is not compatible with Powerline adapters. The kit contains one receiver; if you plan more screens, ask us to confirm the receiver arrangement before ordering.

- Each unit needs a socket for its 5V adapter.
- The IR cables let the remote control of the source work from the display.
- Wall-mounting hardware fixes the units behind a screen or in a cabinet.
What Will Not Work
- It does not support 4K — maximum is 1080p.
- It does not work over Powerline adapters.
- It does not carry keyboard or mouse.
- It is not PoE powered — both units use the included adapters.
- It is not designed for Wi-Fi links between transmitter and receiver.
