Manhattan Ultra Slim Dual-Mode Wireless Keyboard — Dark Grey
3 devicesBT 3.0 + 2.4 GHz182 g1.5-year battery
The point of this keyboard is that it belongs to more than one machine. It carries both Bluetooth 3.0 and a 2.4 GHz USB-A micro receiver, and it pairs with up to three devices at once with a button to switch between them — so the same board drives your desktop, your laptop and a tablet or phone without unplugging anything. The keys are 78 low-profile scissor-style with Windows and Mac keys and 12 multimedia hotkeys, rated for about 3 million keystrokes. It is genuinely portable at 285 x 122 x 20 mm and 182 g, and it runs on two AAA batteries for up to 1.5 years thanks to auto power management: it sleeps after 10 minutes and wakes in 5 seconds or less. Wireless range is up to 10 m. Dark grey and black, three-year warranty.
Compatibility — check before buying:
The compatibility list is the reason to buy this one, so here it is in full: Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8.1 and 10, macOS 10.14 and above, Linux, Chrome OS, iOS 11 and above, iPadOS 13.4 and above and Android 7 and above. That is a genuinely cross-platform keyboard, and the Windows-and-Mac key legends mean you are not guessing which modifier does what. Three practical notes. First, this is a 78-key compact board: there is no separate numeric keypad, which is what makes it 285 mm wide instead of 440 mm — if you enter figures all day, buy a full-size board or add a separate number pad, and we stock those. Second, the Bluetooth is version 3.0: it pairs reliably and the battery life is excellent, but it is an older standard than the 5.x radios in current laptops, so on a very new machine expect it to connect as a legacy device. Third, the two AAA batteries are not included, so order a pack if you do not have one. On the gaps: Manhattan publishes no layout designation for this model, so we quote none — tell us the layout you need and we will confirm before shipping.
Best For
✓ Anyone working across a desktop, a laptop and a tablet
✓ Hot desks and small desks where space is short
✓ Travel, since it weighs 182 g
✓ Mixed Windows, macOS, iOS and Android setups
✓ Meeting rooms and shared machines
✓ Anyone tired of charging peripherals
Key Features
Three devices, one button
Pair a desktop, a laptop and a phone, then switch between them with a button rather than re-pairing every time you change machine.
Two radios, not one
Bluetooth 3.0 for tablets and phones, and a 2.4 GHz USB-A micro receiver for a desktop that has no Bluetooth — both in the same keyboard.
A year and a half on AAAs
Auto power management with a 10-minute sleep and a sub-5-second wake, giving up to 1.5 years on two AAA cells. Nothing to charge.
Scissor keys, both platforms
78 low-profile scissor keys with Windows and Mac legends plus 12 media hotkeys, so the modifiers are labelled for whichever machine you are on.

Singular Expert Insight
Two radios and three paired devices in a 182 g board is the specification that matters here: it is the keyboard you buy when one desk has more than one machine on it. Just note there is no number pad. See our German QWERTZ keyboards and our wireless mice.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You work across several machines and want one thin, light keyboard that switches between them with a button and lasts over a year per battery.
Skip it if
You need a numeric keypad, a published layout designation, or a current Bluetooth 5.x radio.
Also consider
A separate numeric keypad to sit beside it, or a full-size wired board if the desk never moves.
