Manhattan 506731 — USB 2.0 Fast Ethernet Adapter
10/100 MbpsUSB-A 2.0RJ453-year warranty
The Manhattan 506731 is a USB-A 2.0 to RJ45 Fast Ethernet adapter that adds one 10/100 Mbps port. It plugs into a USB-A port and gives a laptop, ultrabook, tablet or desktop PC a wired Fast Ethernet (10/100 Mbps) connection through one RJ45 socket. It is powered from the USB port, draws only 23 mA in suspend, shows the link with an LED, and Manhattan lists Windows XP through Windows 11 as well as macOS 10 and 11. A cable connection is the practical answer when Wi-Fi is weak or crowded, when a laptop has no network port, when the built-in port has failed, or when a PC needs a second network interface.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Compatibility — check before buying: USB-A plug: laptops with only USB-C ports need a USB-C to USB-A adapter, or the USB-C version of this adapter. Fast Ethernet only: the maximum is 100 Mbps. That is enough for internet up to 100 Mbit/s, printers and remote desktops, but not for fibre broadband above 100 Mbit/s or large file copies — for those choose a Gigabit USB 3.0 adapter. Manhattan lists Windows XP, Vista, 7, 8, 10 and 11 and macOS 10 and 11. Not sure it suits your device? Tell us the laptop or PC model and we check it.

Singular Expert Insight
We suggest the Manhattan 506731 when you want a basic 100 Mbps adapter with Windows 11 listed and a longer manufacturer warranty than most in this class. For Gigabit, Manhattan’s 506847 is the step up. For more ports or a full desk setup, see our docking stations; for the other end of the cable, browse network switches and routers. More network cards are in the same category. Local support in Cyprus comes with every order.
