Manhattan 154321 USB-C PD to Dual-HDMI Monitor Adapter

Run two HDMI monitors from one USB-C port while charging your laptop at up to 100 W.
2× HDMI · MST4K@60Hz single100W PD pass-throughAluminium · 0.15 m

The Manhattan 154321 is a USB-C to dual-HDMI monitor adapter that turns one DisplayPort Alt Mode USB-C port into two HDMI outputs, a USB-A port and a USB-C Power Delivery input. It drives a single display at up to 4K@60Hz or two displays at up to 4K@30Hz using Multi-Stream Transport (MST), so a Windows laptop can extend the desktop across two monitors from one cable.

Compatibility Note: The host USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode. Independent dual-screen extend mode uses MST, which Windows supports; macOS, iPadOS and iOS only support SST, so on Apple devices both HDMI outputs show the same (mirrored) image.

Key Features

Two HDMI outputs from one port
MST splits the USB-C video signal into two HDMI streams: one screen at up to 4K@60Hz, or two screens at up to 4K@30Hz each.

100 W USB-C PD pass-through
Plug your laptop charger into the USB-C PD port (5–20 V, up to 100 W) and keep the notebook charged while both monitors are in use.

Compact aluminium housing
Black aluminium body of 59 × 52 × 12 mm and 35 g with a 0.15 m attached cable, plus a USB-A port for a mouse, keyboard or flash drive.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does the Manhattan 154321 extend two monitors on a MacBook?
No. macOS does not support MST, so on a MacBook both HDMI outputs mirror the same picture. For two independent screens on a Mac, choose a DisplayLink-based adapter instead.
Can I get 4K@60Hz on both monitors at the same time?
No. With one monitor connected you get up to 4K@60Hz; with two monitors the bandwidth is shared and each output runs at up to 4K@30Hz. For office work at 1080p both screens run comfortably at 60Hz.
What do I need to know before buying the 154321?
Your laptop USB-C port must support DisplayPort Alt Mode (and ideally USB PD charging). The adapter itself does not include a power supply; connect your existing USB-C laptop charger to the PD port.
Singular Expert Insight
The Manhattan 154321 is a sensible pick for Windows laptop users who want a two-monitor desk without a full docking station, and the 100 W PD pass-through means one charger still powers the notebook. Mac users should look at DisplayLink adapters such as the i-tec CADUAL4KHDMI instead, and anyone who needs Ethernet or several USB ports should step up to a USB-C docking station.
✓ Buy it if you run Windows and want two HDMI monitors plus charging from a single USB-C port.
✕ Skip it if you need two independent screens on a Mac, or 4K@60Hz on both monitors.
→ Also consider Equip 133487 for a single HDMI output with three USB-A ports and 100 W PD.
