The Manhattan 353373 is a 1 m SuperSpeed+ USB-C device cable with a USB-C male plug and a USB-A male plug, rated for USB 3.2 Gen 2 data at up to 10 Gbps and charging at up to 3 A. It is the cable to use when a fast USB-C external SSD or card reader has to connect to a USB-A port on a desktop or older laptop, keeping full 10 Gbps speed where the port supports it.
Compatibility note: The full 10 Gbps needs a USB-A port rated USB 3.2 Gen 2 (often red or labelled SS10); on 5 Gbps or USB 2.0 ports it falls back to that speed. No video is carried.

No. It is male to male: a USB-C plug for the device and a USB-A plug for the computer. Some reseller listings incorrectly call it M/F or USB 2.0.
Will it charge my phone faster than a USB 2.0 cable?
Only up to what the USB-A port or charger supplies (the cable is rated to 3 A). For USB PD fast charging, use a USB-C to USB-C cable with a PD charger.
