The M-CAB 3738 is a 1 m grey S/FTP PiMF patch cable built on Cat 7 raw cable, for fully shielded 10 Gigabit Ethernet connections between switches, servers, NAS units and patch panels.
Part number 3738 uses AWG 26/7 stranded conductors with each pair in metal foil plus an overall braid, a 6.5 mm LSZH jacket and moulded, snagless RJ45 plugs. The jacket meets IEC 60332-1 (flame retardancy), IEC 60754-2 (halogen-free) and IEC 61034 (low smoke). Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Before you buy
The 600 MHz / Cat 7 rating applies to the raw cable. With RJ45 plugs fitted, the cord works as a Cat 6A-class (10 Gbps) channel, which is what 10GBASE-T equipment requires. Note: some distributor listings show this item as "7.50 m blue"; M-CAB part 3738 is the 1 m grey version. No PoE class is published.
