24 V / 1.7 ADIN rail TS35DC OK relay−20 to 70 °C

The MEAN WELL MDR-40-24 is a 40 W single-output industrial DIN rail power supply with a 24 V DC output at up to 1.7 A (40.8 W). It accepts a universal 85–264 V AC or 120–370 V DC input, reaches 88% efficiency, and its output can be adjusted between 24 and 30 V. A DC OK relay contact signals output status, and it works from −20 to +70 °C with free-air convection cooling. In practice it powers 24 V equipment in cabinets — industrial switches, access control, PLCs and sensors — from a DIN rail.

Compatibility — check before buying:
For installation by a qualified person — screw terminals, Class I, earth connection required. It mounts on TS35/7.5 or TS35/15 DIN rail. The 1.7 A is the full rating up to about 50 °C; above that the MEAN WELL derating curve applies. Other voltages exist in the same series (MDR-40-5, -12, -48). Not sure?
