The Mobilis 070001 is a 25-litre bike bag that works two ways: wear it as a backpack, or mount it on the rear luggage rack of a bicycle as a pannier. It is built from waterproof tarpaulin with taped seams — the seams are the part most bags get wrong — and closes with a roll-top and velcro, so the opening stays out of the rain. Inside there is a reinforced compartment for laptops up to 15.6 inches, and outside there is a reflective element for visibility, an anti-tilt strap to stop the bag swaying on the rack, a side pocket and a pocket on the shoulder strap. The shoulder strap is removable and a chest strap takes the weight off your shoulders when you ride. Mobilis lists it at 1348 g. The reference is 070001. The rack mounting system is universal for rear luggage racks — your bicycle needs a rear rack fitted for the pannier mode to be usable. Without one it still works perfectly well as a backpack.
