The Mobilis PROTECH 053020 is a reinforced protective case for the Apple iPad 10.2" (7th, 8th and 9th generation) with a kickstand and hand strap, built for tablets used by field staff, students, warehouse teams and healthcare workers. Mobilis rates the PROTECH range to absorb up to 500 drops from 1.2 m onto concrete.
Four corner shock-wave absorbers (air pockets), flexible Aircell ribs and TFP 4.0 anti-shock pads that Mobilis says absorb up to 90% of impact energy surround the tablet, and raised edges keep the screen and camera lens off the ground. A kickstand gives typing and viewing positions on a desk, and the hand strap with stylus holder lets the iPad be carried and used securely in one hand. The range uses 30% recycled material.
Before you order: Fits the 10.2" iPad with Home button (7th, 8th, 9th gen) only. Mobilis makes a separate PROTECH for the iPad 10th gen 10.9" — that model will not fit this case.

What It Means in Practice
- Use the hand strap to hold the iPad securely while walking, scanning or taking signatures.
- Open the kickstand for a typing angle or a viewing angle on a desk.
- Keep a stylus in the holder so it stays with the device.
- Raised edges keep the screen and camera lens off flat surfaces when the tablet is put down or dropped face-first.
- The case stays on while charging and using the buttons and cameras.
What Will Not Work
- It will not fit the iPad 10th generation (10.9") or iPad A16 (11").
- It will not fit iPad Air or iPad Pro models.
- Mobilis does not list 360° strap rotation for this reference, unlike the newer PROTECH models.
- It does not include a screen protector — add tempered glass if the display needs protection from scratches and direct impact.
- It is not waterproof and no IP rating is published.
