Neomounts DS70-810BL2 — Dual Monitor Desk Mount
Two screens, 17 to 32 in1 to 9 kg per displayClamp for desks up to 85 mmGas spring, one-hand movement
The reason to choose this particular Neomounts dual arm is the desk it fits. Its clamp has two configurations covering 10 to 50 mm or 45 to 85 mm, so a thick solid desk that defeats most monitor arms is not a problem here. Beyond that it is a full gas-spring dual mount: two screens of 17 to 32 inches, 1 to 9 kg each, moved with one hand and staying where you put them.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Check three things. First the weight window, 1 to 9 kg per screen — the minimum matters as much as the maximum, because a display lighter than 1 kg cannot compress the spring and will float upward. Second the desk: clamp 10 to 50 mm in one configuration or 45 to 85 mm in the other, or grommet through a hole of at least 10 mm in a desk 10 to 80 mm thick. Third the VESA pattern, 75 x 75 or 100 x 100. If your desk is 45 mm or thinner, the DS75-450BL2 is the cheaper Neomounts dual and does the same job — the thick-desk clamp is what you are paying for here, so do not buy it unless you need it. Rotation is 180 degrees each way, with a limiting screw that caps it at 90 degrees each way when you want the arms kept clear of each other.
Best For
✓ Solid and thick timber desks
✓ Executive and boardroom desks
✓ Two-screen finance and office work
✓ Sit-stand desks
✓ Design and editing workstations
✓ Desks where a standard clamp will not close
Key Features
A clamp that fits a thick desk
Two clamp configurations cover 10 to 50 mm and 45 to 85 mm. Most dual arms stop at 45 mm, which is why a heavy solid desk so often turns into a returns problem. This one goes to 85 mm.
Gas spring on both arms
Each screen repositions with one hand and holds its height without a knob to tighten. On a sit-stand desk that is the difference between a height you set once and a height you actually use.
Wide movement range
Height 26.5 to 55 cm, depth up to 49 cm and a total width span of up to 107 cm, so two 32 in screens can be spread properly rather than crowded together at the pole.
Rotation with a limiting screw
Full 180 degrees each way for portrait, or engage the limiting screw to cap it at 90 degrees each way. On a busy desk that stop is what keeps the two arms out of each other.

Singular Expert Insight
Desk thickness is the most under-checked specification in this whole category, and it is the one that turns a good arm into a return. Most dual mounts stop at 45 mm; solid timber and many executive desks are thicker than that. Neomounts built this model for exactly that gap, and everything else about it — gas spring, 9 kg a side, 32 in screens, five-year cover — is the standard good Neomounts specification. If your desk is thin, buy the cheaper 450 and spend the difference elsewhere. Both, along with single and triple versions, are in our monitor arms and stands range, and the displays under PC monitors.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
Your desk is thicker than a standard arm will clamp, and you want two screens of 17 to 32 in at 1 to 9 kg each on a gas spring.
Skip it if
Your desk is 45 mm or thinner — the DS75-450BL2 costs less — or a screen falls outside the 1 to 9 kg window.
Also consider
The DS75-450BL2 for thinner desks, a single-arm version, or a triple mount if a third screen is coming.
