The NETGEAR M4500-32C (CSM4532-100EUS) is a 1U fully managed Layer 3 switch with 32 x QSFP28 ports at 100/50/40G, each able to break out into 4 x 25G or 4 x 10G. With 6.4 Tbps non-blocking capacity and about 0.13 us latency, it serves as a spine or core for AV-over-IP, server and storage networks.
Two hot-swap 750 W power supplies and six fan trays are pre-installed, so it is redundant out of the box.
Before you order: every port needs a QSFP28/QSFP+ transceiver, DAC or breakout cable, ordered separately. Breakout to 25G/10G needs a QSFP28-to-4x SFP28 (or QSFP+-to-4x SFP+) breakout cable.

What Will Not Work
- Stacking - redundancy uses MLAG between two switches.
- NETGEAR Insight cloud management - it is managed by CLI, web UI, SNMP or NETGEAR Engage.
- RJ45 copper devices directly - all ports are QSFP28.
- Transceivers, DAC and breakout cables are not included.
