Before you order
- Cartridge code. Use the code on the old cartridge or in the printer menu; similar printers can use different cartridges.
- Regional cartridges. Some printers only accept cartridges for their sales region; tell us the printer model and we will check.
- Toner or drum. Some printers have a separate drum unit; a "replace drum" message needs a drum, not toner.
