The Lexmark 77L20K0 is the original black Return Programme toner cartridge for the Lexmark CS963, CX833, CX950, CX951, CX952, CX953, CX961, CX962, CX963 and MX951/MX953 A3 colour devices, rated for 15,000 pages. It is the European (EU/EEA) region version, so it matches printers sold in Cyprus and the rest of the EU.

Return Programme cartridges are sold at a lower price than the regular cartridge in exchange for single use: the cartridge goes back to Lexmark for remanufacturing or recycling instead of being refilled by a third party. The imaging unit and waste toner bottle are separate parts in this series.

• Return Programme terms: the cartridge is licensed for a single use, stops working at the end of its rated life (some toner may remain inside), and is returned only to Lexmark. The printer may update its memory to block counterfeit or unauthorised supplies.
• Plan the imaging unit separately: in this series the black imaging unit (77L0ZK0 Return Programme, or 77L0Z10) lasts much longer than one toner, and the waste toner bottle is 77L0W00.
• Page yields are measured by the manufacturer under standard test conditions (about 5% coverage on A4). Pages with photos, logos, solid areas or heavy colour use more toner, so real-world page counts are often lower — budget with that in mind.
• Keep the cartridge sealed in its bag until you install it, store it flat at room temperature and out of direct sunlight. A cartridge that has been dropped or stored in heat can leak or print streaks.
• When the printer first warns about low toner it normally keeps printing for a while. Having the replacement on the shelf avoids downtime, especially on shared office printers.
• Used original cartridges can go back through the manufacturer recycling scheme instead of general waste — ask us if you need the return details.

• Lexmark printers sold for other regions that expect the US/Canada (77L10K0), Asia-Pacific (77L30K0), Latin America (77L40K0) or other EMEA/CIS (77L50K0) version of this cartridge.
