The Quink gel formula is skip-free, fluid and quick-drying, giving the saturated, easy-to-read line of a rollerball with the convenience of a ballpoint and less smearing for left-handed writers. Compatibility — check before buying:
Parker states the gel refill “can be used with any Parker ballpoint or gel pen” — it is Parker’s standard ballpoint refill format, so it also fits most third-party pens that take a Parker-style (G2) refill, though Parker does not make that claim. It does not fit Parker rollerballs (they use the Quink rollerball refill) or fountain pens. Single refill per pack; the 2-pack is 1950362/1950364 and the black single is 1950344. Gel ink is water-based: expect a slightly wetter line and longer dry time on glossy paper than an oil ballpoint.
