The Peach Combi Pack Plus PI100-441 is a set of five compatible refill ink bottles that replaces Canon GI-590 — two 135 ml black plus 70 ml cyan, magenta and yellow — for PIXMA G1500, G2500, G3500 and G4500-series MegaTank printers.

Peach rates each black bottle at about 6,000 pages and each colour at about 7,000 pages, so one pack covers a long run of office printing.

• PIXMA G-series printers have transparent built-in tanks, so you see the ink level directly — there is no chip to recognise.
• To compare running costs, divide the price by the rated pages and set that against the original Canon bottle — that cost per page is the real saving, not the sticker price.
• Inkjets dry out when idle: printing a page at least once a week keeps the nozzles clear and saves ink otherwise spent on cleaning cycles.

• Any printer not on the compatibility list below, even if it is the same brand or looks similar — Canon changes cartridge families between models.
