The Planet IGS-500T-E is a compact, hardened Gigabit switch built for control cabinets, outdoor enclosures and factory-floor networks. Five 10/100/1000BASE-T ports connect PLCs, cameras, sensors and workstations at full Gigabit speed with no configuration. In a tiny IP40 metal body, it withstands a wide -40 to 75°C range, accepts redundant 12–55V DC power with reverse-polarity protection, and includes ESD/EFT protection — everything an industrial installation demands, in a switch small enough to tuck into the tightest cabinet.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Connects any 10/100/1000 Ethernet device with auto-negotiation and Auto-MDI/MDI-X. This is a non-PoE switch — it does not power connected devices. Provide a 12–55V DC supply (redundant inputs supported) via the terminal block.
