PLANET POE-163 — all-in-one 30 W PoE+ injector

The PLANET POE-163 is a single-port Gigabit PoE+ mid-span injector that adds up to 30 W of IEEE 802.3at power to an Ethernet link. It powers one access point, IP camera or VoIP device from a switch or router that has no PoE.
Its power supply is built in — an all-in-one design that plugs straight into a 100–240 V AC socket, with no external adapter brick. Output is 50–54 V DC on the spare pairs (4/5 positive, 7/8 negative), data passes at 10/100/1000 Mbps, and the plastic case can be wall-mounted.
Before you order: Maximum output is 30 W. 802.3bt devices that need 60 W or 90 W will not run from it.

- One Cat5e/Cat6 cable up to 100 m carries data and power to the device.

What Will Not Work
- It does not power 802.3bt devices.
- It does not output 12 V or 24 V DC — pair it with a splitter such as the POE-162S for non-PoE devices.
- It is not a switch: one data input, one data + power output.
- It is not designed for outdoor or high-temperature cabinets (0–50 °C).
