Poly Savi Spare DECT Headset (83322-12) — Black
Spare / ReplacementDECT WirelessConvertible WearSavi 700 & CS500
The Poly (Plantronics) Savi 83322-12 is a spare convertible DECT wireless headset with a charging cradle, designed to replace or add a headset to an existing Savi 700 or CS500 series system. It lets you keep an extra wearing-style headset on hand or swap out a worn unit. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.
Compatibility: This is a spare headset only — it requires an existing compatible Poly/Plantronics base. It works with Savi 700 series (e.g. W710, W720, W730, W740, W745) and CS500 series (e.g. CS510, CS520) systems. The headset must be subscribed (paired) to your base before use; it will not work on its own without a compatible base station.
Key Features
Convertible wearing styles
The convertible design can be worn over the head, over the ear or behind the neck, so each user can pick the most comfortable fit.
DECT wireless freedom
Long-range DECT wireless lets users roam from the desk while staying on a call, with the reliable audio Savi and CS systems are known for.
Charging cradle included
The included charging cradle keeps the spare headset topped up and ready, so you always have a backup or a second wearing style available.

Singular Expert Insight
When to buy a spare headset
Buy the 83322-12 when you need to replace a lost or worn headset on an existing Savi 700 or CS500 system, or when you want a second headset to share a base or offer a different wearing style. Because it is a spare, it relies on your existing base for calls and must be paired before use. If you do not yet own a compatible base, you will need a complete Savi or CS headset system instead of this spare.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You already run a Savi 700 or CS500 system and need a replacement or additional convertible DECT headset with a charging cradle.
Skip it if
You do not have a compatible Savi/CS base — on its own this spare headset cannot make calls; you need a complete system.
Also consider
A complete Poly Savi 700 or CS500 headset system if you do not already have a base, or matching spare batteries and ear tips.
