Poly CCX 400 Open SIP — a touchscreen media phone for SIP systems
Open SIP5-inch touchDual GigabitPoE
The Poly CCX 400 with Open SIP is an entry-level business media phone with a 5-inch colour multi-touch display running on Android 12. It connects through two Gigabit Ethernet ports with PoE, has a USB-A port on the side for media and storage, and a RJ9 headset jack with EHS for wireless headsets. This code is the Open SIP version for standard SIP phone systems and hosted PBX providers.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the Open SIP model. For Microsoft Teams, order the CCX 400 for Teams (848Z8AA) instead — the two look the same. No power supply is in the box: use PoE or order the optional 5 V / 3 A Poly adapter. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.
