Poly CCX 600 — a 7-inch Teams phone for busy desks

Microsoft Teams7-inch touchPoE+Wi-Fi + BT

The Poly CCX 600 Business Media Phone for Microsoft Teams is a Teams-certified desk phone with a large 7-inch 1024 x 600 multi-touch screen, dual Gigabit Ethernet, built-in PoE+, dual-band Wi-Fi and Bluetooth 4.2. It supports headsets over Bluetooth, USB-A, USB-C, the RJ-9 jack and EHS, and is made for managers, executives and anyone who spends the day on calls and Teams meetings. This code (82Z84AA) is the Teams, PoE-enabled version without a power supply.

Compatibility — check before buying:
This is the Microsoft Teams edition: it ships running Teams and needs a Teams Phone or common-area licence. Poly offers separate Open SIP versions for SIP phone systems; switching a Teams unit to another base profile requires a newer software release, so for a SIP PBX order the Open SIP version or ask us first. No power supply is in the box — and the CCX 600 needs PoE+ (IEEE 802.3at, Class 4): an 802.3af-only switch or injector is not enough. Otherwise order the 48 V Poly adapter separately. Tell us the phone system or provider you use and we check compatibility before you buy.

Frequently Asked Questions

Will my PoE switch power it?
Only if the port supports PoE+ (802.3at, Class 4). An 802.3af-only port will not; use the Poly adapter instead.
Can I use it with a SIP phone system?
This code ships as a Teams phone. For a SIP PBX order the Open SIP edition, or ask us.
Is a power supply included?
No, the 48 V adapter is sold separately.
CCX 600 or CCX 505?
The CCX 600 has a 7-inch 1024 x 600 screen and needs PoE+; the CCX 505 has a 5-inch screen and works on standard 802.3af PoE.
Singular Expert Insight
Choose the CCX 600 when the bigger screen matters — for executives, assistants and heavy Teams users. Check PoE+ on your switch first; PoE+ switches are in our PoE switches. Teams-certified headsets are in our office & VoIP headsets.
