The Poly TC10 is a 10.1-inch PoE touch controller in white that either controls a paired Poly video system inside the meeting room or works outside the door as a room scheduling panel with multi-colour LED availability lights. One network cable carries both power and data.
It suits Zoom Rooms and Microsoft Teams Rooms built on Poly systems such as Studio G62 or G7500, and offices that want consistent booking panels across all rooms.
Before you order: In-room control needs a paired Poly video system (for example Studio G62 or G7500). The TC10 is powered only by PoE (IEEE 802.3at) — no power supply or power cord is included.

What It Means in Practice
- Inside the room it starts meetings, shares content and controls camera and volume on the paired Poly system.
- Outside the room it shows the schedule and allows ad-hoc booking, with LEDs showing free or busy.
- Wall, glass and table mounting are all covered by the parts in the box.
- A single PoE cable means no power socket is needed at the mounting point.
What Will Not Work
- It does not run meetings on its own — in-room control needs a Poly video system.
- It will not power up from a normal non-PoE network port.
- It is not a tablet — third-party apps run only within Poly Video OS partner modes.
- Platform licences (Zoom Rooms, Teams Rooms) are not included.
