Poly Voyager 4320 — Stereo Bluetooth Headset with BT700 Adapter and Charging Stand
Teams Open Office, Zoom and Google Meet certifiedUp to 24 hours talk timeTwo noise-cancelling microphonesCharging stand in the box
The Poly Voyager 4320 is a Bluetooth office headset that covers both ears, so the room falls away while you are on a call. It links to your computer through the BT700 Bluetooth USB-C adapter supplied in the box and can stay paired with your phone at the same time, and HP publishes up to 24 hours of talk time per charge with the busy light switched off. Part number 77Z31AA is the version that ships with the charging stand, certified for Microsoft Teams Open Office, Zoom and Google Meet.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Call audio travels over Bluetooth only. The USB-C cable in the box charges the headset — it does not carry sound — so a computer with neither Bluetooth nor a free USB port for the adapter cannot use it. The adapter supplied is USB-C and no USB-A adapter is included, so a desktop with only USB-A ports needs an adapter you provide. HP publishes microphone-side noise cancellation and hearing protection on this model but publishes no active noise cancellation for what you hear, so it quiets your caller’s background rather than yours. The longer 91 m range HP quotes is only reached with a Voyager Office base, a separate product that is not in this box. Tell us which laptop and which calling platform you use and we will confirm the fit before you order.
Best For
✓ Hot-desking and open-plan offices
✓ Focused call work with both ears covered
✓ Laptop calling on Teams, Zoom or Google Meet
✓ Long call days — up to 24 hours per charge
✓ Using a phone and a computer on one headset
✓ Standardised IT rollouts across a team
Key Features
One headset, two live devices
The supplied BT700 Bluetooth USB-C adapter handles your computer while Bluetooth keeps your mobile connected. HP publishes support for up to eight paired devices, so moving between a laptop, a tablet and a phone does not mean pairing again each time.
Two microphones that keep you clear
A pair of noise-cancelling microphones works with Poly Acoustic Fence to hold the far end on your voice and push the room behind it. Published microphone bandwidth is 100 Hz to 6.8 kHz.
Hearing protection on every call
SoundGuard Digital limits sudden spikes and sustained loudness, which matters when the same headset is worn for six or seven hours a day.
A working day on one charge
HP publishes up to 24 hours of talk time with the busy light off, up to 18 hours with it on, up to 50 days of standby and a full charge in under 1.6 hours. The charging stand in the box means it lands on the desk charging rather than tangled in a cable.

Singular Expert Insight
Within the Voyager 4300 line the decisions are about fit rather than sound quality — every part number in the family publishes the same 32 mm speaker, the same two microphones and the same 24-hour battery. The 4310 covers one ear and the 4320 covers both; the charging stand is present or absent; and the certification is either Microsoft Teams or the Teams Open Office plus Zoom pairing. 77Z31AA is the stereo 4320 with the charging stand in the box. Stereo is the right call when concentration matters more than hearing the room; if you need to stay aware of colleagues approaching, the monaural 4310 is the shape to pick. The retail pack is 188 x 210 x 115 mm and weighs 641 g. Browse the rest of the range in Office & VoIP Headsets, or see the wider Headphones section if this is for music as much as for calls.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You take calls on a laptop all day and want one headset that also answers your mobile. You want both ears covered so calls are easier to concentrate on. A charging stand on the desk suits you better than a cable.
Skip it if
You need the office quietened for you — this model publishes no active noise cancellation. You want a wired USB headset with no battery to manage. You need a DECT link that reaches across a building rather than 50 m of Bluetooth.
Also consider
76U50AA is the same stereo headset without the stand. 77Y96AA is the monaural 4310 with a stand. Poly Voyager Focus 2 adds three levels of active noise cancellation.
