Poly Voyager 4320-M — stereo Bluetooth office headset with the BT700 USB-A adapter and Microsoft Teams certification

Up to 24 hours talk timeUp to 50 m rangeCertified for Microsoft TeamsBT700 USB-A adapter in the box

The Poly Voyager 4320-M (7Y211AA) is a stereo Bluetooth office headset from the Voyager 4300 series, supplied with the Poly BT700 USB-A Bluetooth adapter and certified for Microsoft Teams. That is what the M in the name means. Both ears are covered, the boom microphone folds up out of the way, and a call indicator on the ear cup tells the people around you that you are talking. Poly publishes up to 24 hours of talk time with that indicator off, up to 47 hours of music, and a standby life of up to 50 days, so it survives a week of meetings between charges. Range is up to 50 m from the adapter, which is far more than Bluetooth usually manages, and it can be extended to 91 m with the optional Voyager Office base.

Compatibility — check before buying:
There is no charging stand in the box. HP mentions a desktop charge stand in its marketing copy for the range, but the published box contents for 7Y211AA do not include one — it is a separate accessory. If you want the headset to live on a cradle, budget for it. The adapter is USB-A. The BT700 supplied here plugs into a USB-A port; there is a USB-A-to-USB-C adapter in the box for laptops that have only USB-C, but the dongle itself is not the USB-C BT700C. This is the Teams build. The UC version of the same headset is a different article number and is not Teams certified. And it does not cancel noise for you. The two microphones with Acoustic Fence clean up what your callers hear; Poly publishes no active noise cancellation for the wearer on the 4320. If ANC is the requirement, say so and we will point you at models that have it.

Best For

✓ Microsoft Teams users who want a certified, plug-and-play headset
✓ Hybrid workers moving between a laptop and a mobile
✓ Open-plan desks that need both ears covered
✓ People who forget to charge — 24 hours of talk and 50 days of standby
✓ Anyone who needs to roam further than normal Bluetooth allows
✓ Offices that already standardise on Poly and Plantronics accessories
✓ Meeting-heavy roles where a visible call indicator helps colleagues
✓ Users who want a folding boom rather than a fixed microphone

Key Features

Certified for Microsoft Teams
The M variant is certified for Microsoft Teams and for Microsoft Teams Open Office, and is also certified for Google Meet. Call controls, mute and presence behave the way Teams expects rather than as a generic audio device.

A working week between charges
Poly publishes up to 24 hours of talk time with the online indicator off, 18 hours with it on, up to 47 hours of music and up to 50 days of standby. A full charge takes under 1.6 hours.

Range that is not typical Bluetooth
Up to 50 m / 164 ft from the BT700 adapter, and up to 91 m with the optional Voyager Office base. That is the difference between staying at the desk and walking to the kitchen mid-call.

Two mics with Acoustic Fence
Two noise-cancelling microphones covering 100 Hz to 6.8 kHz, with Poly Acoustic Fence keeping voices and noise from around you out of the call. The boom folds up when you are only listening.

Frequently Asked Questions

Does it come with a charging stand?
No. HP marketing for the Voyager 4300 range mentions a desktop charge stand, but the published box contents for 7Y211AA list the headset, the BT700 adapter, a USB-A to USB-C cable, a USB-A to USB-C adapter and a travel pouch. The stand is sold separately and we can quote it alongside.
Does it have active noise cancellation?
Poly does not publish ANC for the Voyager 4320. The two microphones with Acoustic Fence work on the transmit side, cleaning up what your callers hear. If you need the room quietened for you, tell us and we will point you at models that publish ANC.
My laptop only has USB-C. Will the adapter fit?
Yes, with the adapter in the box. The BT700 supplied here is the USB-A version, and HP includes a USB-A to USB-C adapter for exactly this. If you would rather have a native USB-C dongle, that is the BT700C and a different article number.
What is the difference between this and the 4310?
The 4310 is the monaural version with a single ear cup; the 4320 covers both ears. The M in 4320-M means Microsoft Teams certified, where the UC version of the same headset carries a different part number and is not Teams certified.
Singular Expert Insight
The Voyager 4320-M is the sensible Teams headset for someone who wants long battery life and real range rather than noise cancellation. Twenty-four hours of talk time and fifty days of standby mean most people charge it once a week, and 50 m of range covers a floor. What it does not do is quieten the room for you — Poly publishes no ANC on the 4320 — so if your buyer is trying to block out an open-plan office rather than sound clear to callers, they should be looking at an ANC model instead, and you will find those next to this one in Office & VoIP Headsets. Two ordering traps worth naming: the charge stand is not in the box despite the marketing copy, and this is the Teams build, so a Zoom-only or Webex-only site gets nothing extra for the certification. If you are buying for a mixed estate, send us the list and we will split it between the Teams and UC codes properly. Anyone who wants the same battery life purely for listening will do better in Headphones.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if

You live in Microsoft Teams, you want a certified headset that pairs to a laptop and a phone at once, and you want to stop thinking about charging. Up to 24 hours of talk, 47 hours of music and 50 days of standby, with 50 m of range from the BT700 adapter.

Skip it if

You need active noise cancellation — Poly does not publish ANC for the 4320, only microphone-side noise cancelling. Skip it too if you expected a charging stand in the box, or if your site is standardised on Zoom or Webex, where the Teams certification buys you nothing.

Also consider

Poly Voyager 4310 if a single ear suits better. The UC version of this same headset for a non-Teams site. Jabra Evolve2 65 Flex or Evolve2 75 if active noise cancellation matters more than standby time. The Poly desktop charge stand if you want the headset to live on a cradle.
