The Rackmount.IT RM-CR-T1 is a 19-inch rack mount kit that lets you install a desktop Cradlepoint Cradlepoint E300 series router in a standard rack, with its connections brought to the front and knock-outs for the antenna pigtails. It is built for IT teams and MSPs who want the firewall to sit neatly in the comms cabinet instead of on a shelf or on top of other equipment.
Rackmount.IT designs each kit around one specific appliance family, so the tray, cut-outs and cable routing match the exact chassis. The kit is 1.3U high, 59 x 482 x 217 mm, finished in Black (RAL 9005), and Rackmount.IT quotes an assembly time of under three minutes. The Cradlepoint appliance itself is not included.
Before you order: This kit is made for the Cradlepoint E300 series only and is 1.3U high (59 mm), so it uses part of a second rack unit. Antenna pigtails for the cellular modem are not included.

What It Means in Practice
- The router connections are brought to the front of the rack with the supplied 0.5 m cables.
- Knock-outs on the front let you route the cellular antennas to the front with antenna pigtails you add.
- The SFP ports can be used with your own fibre patch cables.
- The power supply cable is secured on the tray so it cannot be pulled loose.
What Will Not Work
- Other Cradlepoint routers (E100, E3000, IBR or AER series) - this kit fits the E300 only.
- Antenna pigtails are not included, so the antennas stay on the router unless you add them.
- Fibre patch cables for the SFP ports are not supplied.
- It is not a 1U kit - it is 1.3U high.
