Rittal DK 7257035 — 1U Cable Management Panel with 5 Steel Rings, RAL 7035 (light grey)
1U · 19-inch5 cable ringsHorizontal routingRAL 7035 (light grey)
The Rittal DK 7257035 is a 1U cable management panel for 19-inch racks with five zinc-plated steel cable rings, used to guide patch cables horizontally between patch panels and switches so that ports stay visible and cords do not hang across the front of the rack.
The panel is spray-finished sheet steel in RAL 7035 (light grey), 482.6 mm wide, and the rings are 105 mm deep and 43 mm high — room for a good bundle of patch cords at each point. Rittal supplies the rings loose, for fitting to the panel on installation.
Before you order: Rittal does not list mounting screws or cage nuts in the scope of supply. Use the rack hardware of your enclosure (typically M6 cage nuts in 19-inch cabinets).
What's in the Box
- 1 × Rittal DK cable management panel, 1U, RAL 7035 (light grey)
- 5 × steel cable rings (zinc-plated), supplied loose
What It Means in Practice
- Place one directly above or below each patch panel or switch — cords run through the rings instead of drooping over neighbouring ports.
- Five rings spread across the full 19-inch width give several routing points along each patch panel.
- 105 mm ring depth leaves space for adding cables later without re-routing.
- Uses 1U, so plan it into the rack layout along with the panels it serves.
What Will Not Work
- Vertical cable routing along the sides of the rack — this is a horizontal panel.
- Installation without rack hardware — screws and cage nuts are not listed as included.
- Front-to-back cable pass-through — the panel has rings, not pass-through holes.

Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
One ring panel per patch panel or switch keeps a rack readable and makes moves and changes much faster. Combine it with correctly sized network patch cables so there is little slack to manage. Choose the colour that matches your enclosure — RAL 7035 (light grey) here, RAL 9005 black as 7257005.
✓ Buy it if you want tidy horizontal patch cable routing in a light-grey 19-inch rack.
✕ Skip it if you need vertical cable management along the sides of the rack.
