Pass cables through a 19-inch mounting plane
19-inch / 1U390 × 20 mmBrush StripRAL 7035
The Rittal DK 7140.535 panel provides a brush-lined cable passage between areas divided by a 19-inch mounting plane, such as the front and rear of a rack. It occupies 1U and combines a painted steel panel with a plastic UL 94-HB brush strip. The light-grey RAL 7035 finish identifies this exact model.
Compatibility — check before buying:
This SKU is one 1U panel with a specified 390 × 20 mm cut-out. The manufacturer's family illustration also shows a 2U version; it does not indicate a two-panel bundle. Check the 19-inch mounting format and the space needed for your cable route before ordering.
Key Features
1U rack cable passage
The 482.6 mm mounting width matches the 19-inch format. The panel routes cables through the mounting plane rather than organising them in projecting rings.
Brush-lined cut-out
The specified opening is 390 × 20 mm. A brush insert provides the manufacturer's stated dust-protection function without a published IP rating.
Painted steel construction
Sheet steel with a painted RAL 7035 finish provides a light-grey panel for matching the cabinet arrangement.
