The Rittal DK 2090.000 is a pack of 24 1U fastener strips, each with three pre-fitted M5 nuts (including the EIA-310 centre hole), that slide onto the 19" mounting angle of a rack or enclosure from the inside and lock in place — a faster, reusable alternative to fitting individual cage nuts. Integral contact bonds the installed equipment to the frame for potential equalisation.
Instead of pressing in three cage nuts per unit, you position one strip and screw the equipment on. Strips can be removed and reused when equipment moves.
Before you order: M5 thread — not for M6 equipment screws. Screws are not included (Rittal lists 7094130 M5 x 16 mm multi-tooth screws as required). Rittal tests the fasteners in Rittal enclosures and does not guarantee fit in other brands.
