It is supplied with assembly parts. It is not a kit for mounting 19-inch equipment in a rack.
Before you order: this is a DIN-rail mounting plate for enclosure accessories, not a 19-inch rack mounting kit. Rittal lists it for AX, VX, VX SE, AX IT, VX IT and TE enclosures.
