Rittal DK Spring Nuts with M6 Screws for T-Slot Mounting Angles, Pack of 50
M6 x 10 mmPack of 50T-slot anglesMulti-tooth 30
The Rittal DK 7000.990 is a pack of 50 spring nuts with M6 screws for mounting accessory components on Rittal T-slot mounting angles, with a 10 mm thread length and a Multi-tooth 30 drive. It is for installers working with Rittal enclosures whose mounting angles have a T-slot, both 482.6 mm (19-inch) and 535 mm metric.
The spring nut drops into the T-slot and holds its position while you align the component, then the screw locks it in place. This gives flexible positioning along the slot rather than fixed square holes.
Before you order: These are spring nuts for T-slot mounting angles, not square cage nuts. They will not fit standard 19-inch uprights with square holes - for those, use M6 cage nuts.
What's in the Box
- 50 spring nuts with M6 screws
What It Means in Practice
- Use them to fix accessory components along Rittal T-slot mounting angles at any position in the slot.
- The Multi-tooth 30 drive needs a matching bit; a standard Phillips screwdriver will not fit.
- A pack of 50 covers several accessory installations in one cabinet.
- For standard square-hole 19-inch uprights, choose cage nuts instead.
What Will Not Work
- They will not fit square-hole 19-inch rails - they are not cage nuts.
- They are not for round threaded holes.
- They cannot be driven with a Phillips or flat screwdriver.

Frequently Asked Questions
Singular Expert Insight · Buyer's Guide
The most common mistake with rack fixings is ordering the wrong nut type. These Rittal spring nuts are only for T-slot angles; for standard square holes you need M6 cage nuts, which we list under rack accessories.
✓ Buy it if your Rittal enclosure has T-slot mounting angles and you need M6 fixings for accessories.
✕ Skip it if your uprights have square holes - choose M6 cage nuts instead.
→ Also consider M6 cage nuts in packs of 50 or 100 for square-hole 19-inch rails.
Not sure which fixings your enclosure uses? Send us the Rittal enclosure model and we will check before you order.
