RIVACASE 8231 Central 15.6-inch
Up to 15.6-inch590 g395 x 295 x 70 mmPolyesterPurple
Central is RIVACASE's everyday laptop bag line, and the 8231 is the 15.6-inch size. This is the purple version — one of four colours in the range, and a rare thing in a category dominated by black.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Fits laptops with screens up to 15.6 inches. The internal laptop pocket measures 385 x 265 x 45 mm, so check that figure rather than the outer dimensions when matching your machine.
Best For
✓ Anyone who wants a laptop bag that is not black

Singular Expert Insight
Colour is the reason to look at this one. RIVACASE Central is a competent, unremarkable 15.6-inch bag — 590 grams, polyester, a padded 385 x 265 mm pocket, a front organiser — and there are dozens of comparable bags. What there are not dozens of is 15.6-inch laptop bags in purple. If that matters to you, this is one of the few. Two things not to assume: RIVACASE's ECO branding does not extend to the 8231 in any colour, and the purple version is exactly the same construction as the black, with no material difference. We have documented cases elsewhere in the RIVACASE range where recycled status varies by colour, which is why it is worth stating plainly here.
