The raw cable is Cat 7, but RJ45 plugs cannot run a Cat 7 channel — the link is rated by its weakest part, so in practice this cord performs as a high-grade Cat 6A (10 Gbps) patch lead. Good Connections publishes 500 MHz for this line; the manufacturer does not publish a PoE class.
