Samsung EF-ZS921 Smart View Wallet Case — window and card sleeve, for the Galaxy S24

Galaxy S24View windowHidden card sleeve58 g

The Samsung EF-ZS921 is Samsung’s Smart View Wallet Case for the Galaxy S24 — a flip cover with a view window in the front panel and a hidden card sleeve inside. The window is the point of it: with the cover shut you can still see the time, check notifications and pause or skip music with a tap, so the cover stays closed for most of what you do with a phone in a pocket. Samsung publishes an unusual composition detail for this one: the case contains at least 4% bio-based components, specifically bio-corn PU and wood residue. It weighs 58 g. Typically in stock with fast delivery across Cyprus.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Cut for the Galaxy S24 (SM-S921B) and no other model. Three things worth knowing before ordering. The window supports three functions only — time, notifications and music control — so it is a cut-out over the phone’s own display rather than a second screen. The card sleeve holds cards, and as with any card carried against a phone, a contactless bank or transport card sitting behind the handset can interfere with the phone’s own NFC payments. And Samsung publishes no stand function for this case, no magnets, and no drop, MIL-STD or IP rating — it is a wallet cover, not a rugged one. One note for completeness: Samsung’s German page for this case surfaces a sentence about a magnetically clipping frame. That belongs to Samsung’s Flipsuit case line and appears to be cross-sell content bleeding into the page — the UK, Irish and Australian pages describe no magnet, and we do not claim one.

Key Features

A window that actually does something
Samsung supports three functions through the closed cover: the time, incoming notifications and music control, including answering a call with a tap. That covers most of the reasons a phone comes out of a pocket, which is the whole argument for a window cover over a plain flip case.

Hidden card sleeve
A card pocket built into the inside of the cover rather than a visible slot on the outside, so the case keeps a clean line. Enough for the card you actually use — a travel card, a door pass or one bank card — without turning the phone into a wallet.

Bio-corn PU and wood residue
Samsung states that at least 4% of this case is bio-based, and it names the components: bio-corn polyurethane and wood residue. It is a small percentage and Samsung presents it plainly rather than as a headline — but naming the actual inputs is rarer than the percentage itself, and worth knowing if that matters to you.

Warranty
Warranty 1-Year Warranty (Singular)
Manufacturer Term Samsung publishes no commercial warranty term for separately purchased accessories in the EU — its accessory table covers chargers, batteries, wired headphones and the S Pen, and for items bought on their own it directs you back to the retailer. Singular’s direct warranty is 1 year.
Not Published by Samsung
Protection Ratings No drop height, MIL-STD-810 rating or IP rating is published for this case. Listings quoting “military-grade” protection for it are inventing it.
Fingerprint Sensor Samsung’s EU specification tables list only “Fingerprint Sensor” for this phone, without stating type or placement, so we make no claim about how a case interacts with it.
Omitted Specifications Stand function, magnet statement, wireless-charging statement, exterior material name and any drop, MIL-STD or IP rating are not published for this case.
Availability Samsung’s German page is live but the UK shows the case as no longer available and Australia as out of stock. This is an S24-generation accessory and is effectively end-of-life in Samsung’s own EU channel.

Frequently Asked Questions

What can I actually do with the cover closed?
Three things, and Samsung is specific about it: see the time, see notifications, and control music — including answering a call with a tap. It is a window cut into the front panel over the phone’s own display, not a separate screen, so it shows what the phone chooses to put behind it rather than a custom interface.
How many cards does the sleeve hold?
Samsung describes it as a hidden card sleeve and does not publish a capacity. Treat it as somewhere for the one or two cards you use rather than as a wallet replacement. And be aware that a contactless card sitting directly behind a phone can interfere with the phone’s own NFC payments — that is how the technology behaves rather than a fault in the case.
Does it stand the phone up for video?
Samsung publishes no stand function for this case, so we do not claim one. Some flip covers fold into a stand and some do not; since Samsung says nothing, we would rather you did not buy it expecting that. Book Cover cases for tablets are where Samsung does publish stand angles.
Will it fit my Galaxy S24 FE or S24+?
No. This case is cut for the plain Galaxy S24, SM-S921, which is 147.0 mm tall. The S24 FE is SM-S721 at 162.0 mm — a 15 mm difference, so nowhere near a fit — and it takes EF-ZS721CB instead. The S24+ is a third size again with its own part number.
Singular Expert Insight
The S24 is the compact phone of its generation, and a wallet case is the choice that most changes that — 58 g and 14.5 mm turns a 167 g phone into something noticeably chunkier. Whether that is worth it comes down to the window: if you regularly glance at the time or skip a track without opening anything, it earns its place, and the card sleeve saves carrying a wallet on short trips. If not, a clear or silicone case keeps the phone the size you bought it. Samsung is also running this one out of its own EU stores, so it is worth buying now rather than later. Browse our mobile phone cases for other options, or the mobile phones range if the handset itself is still undecided.

Buyer’s Guide

Buy it if

You want the cover to answer most glances without being opened, and you like carrying one card with the phone on a compact handset.

Skip it if

You bought the S24 because it is small — this adds 58 g and 14.5 mm — or you pay by NFC with the phone, where a card in the sleeve gets in the way.

Also consider

EF-ZS721CB, the same Smart View Wallet Case for the Galaxy S24 FE, or a Samsung Clear Case if you want to keep the phone slim.
