The Samsung MLT-D203U is an original Samsung ultra-high-yield black toner cartridge rated for approx. 15,000 pages (ISO/IEC 19752), made for the Samsung ProXpress M4020ND printer and the M4070FR / M4070FX multifunction printers. It suits busy offices that print large volumes of black documents and want fewer cartridge changes.

It is the largest cartridge in the MLT-D203 family — three times the 5,000-page MLT-D203L — and is sold by HP under the EMEA part number SU916A (in the US the same cartridge is SU919A).

• The page count is the manufacturer's declared yield, measured with the ISO/IEC 19752 test method (about 5% coverage per page). Photos, full-page graphics and heavy fills use more toner, so real-world counts are often lower.
• The ultra-high-yield 203U is listed for the M4020 and M4070 only; the smaller ProXpress M3320/M3370/M3820/M3870 use the MLT-D203L.
• Store unopened cartridges flat in their original packaging, away from direct sunlight and heat, and open the sealed bag only when you install it.
• Before ordering, check the code printed on the cartridge currently in your printer, or the supplies page of the printer menu — matching that code is the fastest way to be sure.

• Printers that are not on the compatible list below, even models with a similar name — supply codes are model-specific.
• ProXpress M3320, M3370, M3820 or M3870 — the 203U is not listed for them; use the MLT-D203L instead.
