The Samsung QB24C-T (LH24QBCTBGCXEN) is a 24-inch professional signage display with a 10-point capacitive touch overlay and Samsung’s Tizen 7.0 media player built in. It is the small end of Samsung’s QBC-T range, made for wayfinding kiosks, check-in points, menu boards, meeting-room panels and retail counters — places where a screen has to run all day and be touched.

Compatibility — check before buying:
Three things distributors get wrong on this model. First, the 24-inch QBC is Full HD, not UHD — the 4K resolution belongs to the 43-inch and larger models in the same family. Second, there is one HDMI port and it is HDMI 1.4, which caps the input at 1080p60; there is no DisplayPort. Third, this is rated for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, not 24/7 — if the screen has to run around the clock, this is the wrong model. Note also that no stand and no wall mount are included, and there are no built-in speakers: audio leaves through a stereo mini-jack output only.

The touch layer is capacitive with 10-point multi-touch, connected to a host machine over the USB-B touch port, or used with the built-in player alone. It is the whole reason to choose the QB24C-T over the plain QB24C, which is the same display without touch.
 
Tizen 7.0 player built in
An 8 GB Tizen 7.0 system-on-chip runs content without an external media player or PC, and works with Samsung’s MagicINFO platform. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both built in, so a screen can be updated without pulling cable to it.
 
Built for commercial hours
Samsung rates the panel for 16/7 operation at 0 to 40 °C, with RS232 in and out and RJ45 for control and monitoring. Those three things — the duty rating, the serial control and the network port — are what separate a signage display from a desktop monitor of the same size.
 
Small, light and easy to mount
547.9 x 334.4 x 34.6 mm and 4.0 kg with a 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern, so it fits standard small-display arms and brackets. Power draw is 38.5 W in use and 0.5 W in sleep.

Is this 4K?
No. The 24-inch QBC is Full HD, 1,920 x 1,080. The UHD resolution in this family starts at the larger sizes. Several distributor listings describe the 24-inch as UHD; Samsung does not, and the single HDMI 1.4 port could not carry 4K60 even if the panel had it.
Can it run 24 hours a day?
Samsung rates it for 16/7 — sixteen hours a day, seven days a week. That covers a shop, an office or a clinic that closes overnight. For a screen that never turns off, choose a model Samsung rates for 24/7; running a 16/7 panel around the clock shortens its life and sits outside the rating.
What is the difference from the QB24C?
Touch. LH24QBCEBGCXEN is the QB24C, the same 24-inch display without the capacitive touch layer and without the USB touch cable. One character in the part number separates them. If your application involves people pressing the screen, the T is the one you need.
Does it have speakers?
No. Samsung publishes no speaker for this model and the only audio connection is a stereo mini-jack output. If the installation needs sound, budget for an external amplified speaker and a cable, and check that the source can drive a line-level output.
