Samsung QB24C-T — 24″ Interactive Full HD Signage Display
10-point capacitive touchFull HD, 23.8″ ADSTizen 7.0 built in16/7 operation
The Samsung QB24C-T (LH24QBCTBGCXEN) is a 24-inch professional signage display with a 10-point capacitive touch overlay and Samsung’s Tizen 7.0 media player built in. It is the small end of Samsung’s QBC-T range, made for wayfinding kiosks, check-in points, menu boards, meeting-room panels and retail counters — places where a screen has to run all day and be touched.
Compatibility — check before buying:
Three things distributors get wrong on this model. First, the 24-inch QBC is Full HD, not UHD — the 4K resolution belongs to the 43-inch and larger models in the same family. Second, there is one HDMI port and it is HDMI 1.4, which caps the input at 1080p60; there is no DisplayPort. Third, this is rated for 16 hours a day, 7 days a week, not 24/7 — if the screen has to run around the clock, this is the wrong model. Note also that no stand and no wall mount are included, and there are no built-in speakers: audio leaves through a stereo mini-jack output only.
Best For
✓ Wayfinding and check-in kiosks
✓ Retail counters and product-info points
✓ Meeting-room booking panels
✓ Menu boards and order points
✓ Reception and visitor sign-in
✓ Any small screen that has to be touched all day
Key Features
10-point capacitive touch
The touch layer is capacitive with 10-point multi-touch, connected to a host machine over the USB-B touch port, or used with the built-in player alone. It is the whole reason to choose the QB24C-T over the plain QB24C, which is the same display without touch.
Tizen 7.0 player built in
An 8 GB Tizen 7.0 system-on-chip runs content without an external media player or PC, and works with Samsung’s MagicINFO platform. Wi-Fi and Bluetooth are both built in, so a screen can be updated without pulling cable to it.
Built for commercial hours
Samsung rates the panel for 16/7 operation at 0 to 40 °C, with RS232 in and out and RJ45 for control and monitoring. Those three things — the duty rating, the serial control and the network port — are what separate a signage display from a desktop monitor of the same size.
Small, light and easy to mount
547.9 x 334.4 x 34.6 mm and 4.0 kg with a 100 x 100 mm VESA pattern, so it fits standard small-display arms and brackets. Power draw is 38.5 W in use and 0.5 W in sleep.

Singular Expert Insight
The QB24C-T exists for a job that a desktop monitor cannot do: sit in a public space, be touched all day, be controlled over RS232 or the network, and run content from its own player without a PC behind it. At 24 inches it is the size that fits a counter, a doorway or a meeting-room wall, and at 4 kg on a 100 x 100 VESA pattern it mounts on almost anything. Three numbers decide whether it fits your installation, and all three get misreported. It is Full HD, not 4K. It is rated 16/7, not 24/7. And it has one HDMI 1.4 input, no DisplayPort, and no speakers. Read those as the specification rather than as limitations — a 250-nit, 1080p, 16/7 screen is exactly right for an indoor kiosk and wrong for a shop window in daylight. If the plan is a bright window-facing display or a 24-hour operation, tell us the site and we will price the right model instead. Other options sit in commercial monitors, and mounting hardware in monitor accessories.
Buyer’s Guide
Buy it if
You need a small touch screen for a kiosk, counter or meeting room that runs a full working day, plays its own content over Tizen, and can be controlled over the network or RS232.
Skip it if
The screen must run 24/7, or face a bright window at 250 nit, or show 4K. Skip it too if you need speakers, a second HDMI input, DisplayPort, or a stand in the box.
Also consider
Samsung QB24C (LH24QBCEBGCXEN) if you do not need touch. A larger QBC model if the screen has to be read from across a room. A VESA mount or arm, which is a separate purchase for this display.
