The SanDisk 320 SATA SSD 250GB (SDSS31250GBB-000G0) is a 2.5-inch, 7 mm internal SSD with a SATA III 6 Gb/s interface and up to 545 MB/s sequential read, for replacing a hard drive or an old SSD in laptops and desktops with a 2.5-inch bay.
It uses SanDisk 3D NAND with an SLC cache and no DRAM. That keeps the price down while giving a large step up from a mechanical drive in boot times, application launches and general responsiveness.
Before you order: Needs a 2.5-inch SATA bay or connector. It will not fit an M.2-only laptop.
